I was raised in Maine and have lived in a variety of cities, settling in Southwest Virginia for the last five years. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings over the past 12 years including hospitals, jails, community mental health clinics, and substance use programs. I truly love my work and supporting individuals in gaining control over their mental health and transforming their lives for the better.
In my free time, I’m all about finding balance in life. I love variety, including exercising (walking, hiking, and yoga), reading, exploring the outdoors, gardening, volunteering, caring for my animals, cooking, and crafting. I am also an ardent supporter of women’s, animal, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ rights.
